I've marked the training as advanced level, but the explanation of the training starts from basic level, so I recommend this training for enthusiastic beginners. The flower is a simpler type, as a beginner the formal design can be a bit more difficult.
The pattern is based on a special negative space combined with a glittery ombre base on which I will also show you the secret of applying a permanent decorative strip.
