First you need to enrol in the course you want to attend. You can enrol in more than one course at the same time, but you cannot mix courses from different instructors. The system may not allow you to add a course to your shopping cart when another course is already in it. In this case you will have to enrol for these courses separately.
The enrolment process is as follows:
Once enrolled, you can start watching the course immediately. You can find your enrolments under "Profile -> Enrolments".
When you log in to your account, you will find the tutorial under Profile -> Enrolments, but you can also search for it in your tutorials as you did when you bought it. On the education's profile page you will find a "Login to education" button, click on this to access the lessons.
According to the acef, you can watch the videos for at least 1 year, but technically until we delete a course for some reason (but at least 1 year).
So if you enrol in a course, you can watch it as many times as you want until it is cancelled. We very rarely delete a course from the site, but even then it is still available for 1 year after deletion for those who have enrolled in it.
We do not require any certificates or previous qualifications to complete the courses. However, if you do need prior knowledge for one of our courses, we will indicate this on the training details sheet.
Although all of our courses can be purchased and completed without prior schooling (e.g. in the case of a diploma, a certificate or a diploma), you will need to provide a certificate of attendance or a certificate of completion. However, the basics you can learn there may be missing in one of our technical training courses.
If the video is choppy or stops, your internet connection is probably the problem. Try watching your videos over wifi, or from a place where you have sufficient bandwidth and bandwidth.
It may also help if you have a slow connection if you set the video quality to a lower setting (480p, 720p).
You can test the speed of your internet connection here: speedtest.net
The diplomas can be downloaded by the students themselves. If the course includes a certificate, you can download the certificate from the course details page after logging in. You can download the certificate in the languages in which the site is available. If you want to download the certificate in another language, change the language of the site and you will be able to download the certificate in that language.
