Many of you have asked me to have an instruction that is exclusively about template placement. In this class we will not do false nails, gel polish, manicure, I will only focus on perfecting the template application.
The first half of the lesson will be about stencil application in general, how to cut a stencil for curved, angled and deformed nails. In addition, there will be a discussion of the possibilities of template placement for chewed nails and fleshy fingers. We will discuss the variations of side relief cut-outs, what angle to cut at and how long to cut.
We also discuss the types of templates and how to shape the template for parallel and tapered shapes.
The tutorial will end with a practical part where templates will be applied to models.
